What the service is

Win a Major is a free, fan-made browser project: a CS2 Major tournament simulator and daily puzzle modes. It is provided for entertainment and educational use. Results in the simulator are not predictions, tips, or official standings.

Eligibility

You may use the site if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. The games do not require an account. If you are under the age where your local law requires parental consent for online services, ask a parent or guardian before using the site.

No accounts required

Win a Major does not require registration. Progress and preferences may be stored in your browser (for example local storage). Clearing site data in your browser may reset that progress.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

The Win a Major name, site layout, original text, and original code are provided by the project maintainers. Team logos, brand marks, and player likenesses appear only for identification. We do not claim ownership of those marks. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Valve, Counter-Strike, and related names are trademarks of their owners. Win a Major is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Valve, tournament organizers, teams, or players. Rights holders who want an asset reviewed or removed can email contact@winamajor.com.pl.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt servers, scrape in a way that harms the service, bypass security measures, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being abused.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulated outcomes reflect real matches. Data used in the games is curated from publicly available sources and may contain mistakes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers of Win a Major are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
