What is this game about?

Win a Major is a free browser CS2 major tournament simulator: draft a roster, set roles and tactics, then simulate Swiss and playoffs.

Are there other game modes besides the major simulator?

Yes. Besides the main major simulator, Win a Major also has daily browser games: Guess the Player, Career Path, and Grid Quiz.

What is Guess the Player?

Guess the Player is a daily CS2 puzzle: you get six tries to identify a mystery proplayer from hints like country, team, year, tournament, and role.

What is Career Path?

Career Path is a daily Wordle-style CS2 challenge where you rebuild a player’s major career team path slot by slot.

What is Grid Quiz?

Grid Quiz is a daily 3×3 CS2 grid. Each cell is the intersection of two clues (team, country, role, major, and more). Find as many matching players as you can — progress shows how many are still left.

Is Win a Major free to play?

Yes. The major simulator and daily modes run in the browser with no download and no account required.

Where does the database come from?

Tournament and player data used in the game is prepared based on publicly available statistics from HLTV.org.

What if an author or featured person has a problem with an image?

Is this an official esports product?

No. This is a fan-made simulation project for entertainment and learning purposes.
